This blog follows my progress in the SE19 Dispersal Zone. Dispersal Zones are established by the police at sites of persistent anti-social behaviour with the aim of reducing feelings of alarm, intimidation and harassment. A Dispersal Zone can be as small as a phone box or as large as a local authority area.

I'm collecting pictures of these crime signs now as I go along. This one, not in a Dispersal Zone, is in Grove Rd, Mile End. No mention of the scary 'others' who might steal your phone, a be streetwise reminder.
